SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING

All items ship within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and US holidays) from our warehouse in Florida.  Please allow approximately one week for your order to arrive in the US, two weeks to Canada, and 3 weeks or longer for other countries. International residents are responsible for their respective country's customs fees and duties.  Note: Canadian customers can order directly from our Amazon.ca shop, to save on shipping costs, as well as customs fees and duties.

RETURNS

As a family owned business, your happiness with our Funkins products is our top priority.  If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase made on myfunkins.com, simply return your new and unopened item(s) within 30 days of the purchase date and we will credit your original form of payment.  Return postage is your responsibility, unless your return is due to product default or a mistake made on our part.  We are not responsible for return packages lost en route.

US SALES TAX

Funkins collects sales tax on orders shipping to Florida only.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We can ship virtually anywhere in the world.  However, it is imperative that you understand how the postal services operate within your country, and you must provide us with a valid postal delivery address.  If you do not provide us with an accurate delivery address, you will be responsible for reshipping costs.  International residents are responsible for their respective country's customs fees and duties.  If you would like to place an expedited international order, please email us directly at orders@myfunkins.com and we can arrange for a Fedex or UPS expedited shipment at a discounted rate.

 

SCHOOL OR GROUP ORDERS

We offer free shipping and bulk discounts on school or group orders, based on order size.  Please email orders@myfunkins.com for further information.
