What Currency do we use?

All transactions are calculated in USD.

How do I wash my Funkins?

For the best results, we recommend washing Funkins in cold water with like colors and tumble dry on low. Remember to wash before first use and to use only non-chlorine bleach if need be.

Fun tip:Because Funkins are double sided, we think it’s helpful if you run your hand across the fabric to reduce any gaping that may occur.

Can I use a Sharpie to label my child's Funkin?

Due to the fine weave of our high quality labels, it is best to use a regular ball point pen to label your Funkin.

Will I be charged taxes on my order?

Yes, you will be charged provincial taxes as applicable. International orders will be charged duty in accordance with your country’s import policies.

What are my payment options?

We accept VISA, Mastercard and PayPal.

Are Funkins available for wholesale/retail distribution?

If you’re interested in buying wholesale, or selling Funkins in your retail store please contact us at info@myfunkins.com.

Returns

We only use the highest quality fabrics and closely monitor our manufacturing process so we’re sure you’ll love your Funkins. However, if the product is damaged when you receive it we are happy to replace your order, or provide a web credit for equal value.

Returns must be sent back to us within 21 days of purchase.

We value your privacy and will not sell or share customer information. Your information may be given to a pre-approved third party vendor for order processing purposes only.

Do you ship outside of Canada and the U.S.?

Yes, we ship worldwide.

Yes, we ship to P.O. boxes.

How are the shipping charges calculated?

We calculate shipping charges based the quantity of the purchase and Canada Post’s current rates.

Returns

What is your return and exchange policy?

We are happy to return any Funkin that is defective.

How long will it take to receive a refund?

Your refund will be processed within 24 hours of us receiving the damaged item.

What if I receive my order and the items are damaged?

We will replace any damaged item once it has been returned.
