What currency is used on this site?

All transactions are calculated in Canadian funds.

How do I care for my Funkins?

For best results, we recommend washing your Funkins in cold water with like colors. Use only non-chlorine bleach, if needed. Tumble dry on low. Wash before first use. As Funkins are double sided, we have found the following tip to be helpful: remove from dryer and run your hand across the fabric to reduce any gaping that may occur.

Can I use a Sharpie to label my child’s Funkin?

Due to the fine weave of our high quality labels, it is best to use a regular ball point pen to label your Funkin. As much as we love Sharpies , they will bleed if used on a Funkin label.

Can I mix and match my Funkins?

Yes! Choose any of your favorite 3 Funkins for $30.

What currency is used on this site?

All transactions are calculated in Canadian dollars.

Do I pay taxes on my order?

Yes, you will be charged provincial taxes as applicable. International orders will be charged duty in accordance with your country’s import policies.

Returns

Given that we use only the highest quality of fabrics for our Funkins, and we closely monitor our manufacturing process, we are sure you will love your Funkins. However, if your Funkin is damaged upon receipt, we are happy to replace your Funkin, or to provide a web credit for equal value. Returns must be sent back to us within 21 days of your purchase.

Customer Privacy

We value your privacy and will not sell or share customer information. Your information may be given to a pre-approved third party vendor for order processing purposes only.

We used trusted solutions from Volusion as our ecommerce platform, and Beanstream as our payment processing platform. Are Funkins available for wholesale/retail distribution?

Shipping

When will my order ship?

Your Funkins will ship within 2-3 business days of receiving the order.

Do you ship outside of Canada and the U.S.?

International Customers are to email orders to orders@myfunkins.com.

Do you ship to P.O. boxes?

Yes, we ship to P.O. boxes.

How are the shipping charges calculated?

Shipping charges are calculated based on quantities purchased using Canada Post current rates.


Returns

What is your return and exchange policy?

We are happy to return any Funkin that is deemed to be defective.

How long will it take me to receive my refund?

Your refund will be processed within 24 hours of our receipt of damaged item.

What if I receive my order and the items are damaged?

We will replace any damaged items once it has been returned.
